My friends at Textual are still adding tweaks to their keystone product Anagram. I always find it hard to describe, but this thing has saved me untold hours of data entry in Outlook. All you do it highlight the info you see on the screen and Anagram snags and parses the info into your Outlook, Salesforce, or netSuite program.
